On-Site Management services can be provided either on an interim or on-going basis. Medical Practice Solutions will also provide one time practice analysis consulting engagements. MPS can provide the practice with an experienced Practice Administrator who will be available during business hours.

MPS can create a comprehensive Human Resources Operations Program for the practice which will include the following:

· Job Descriptions for each position based on objective measures
· Performance Evaluation Forms for each position to allow for objective review of staff
· Human Resources Manual which will serve as a guide for staff to understand the practice rules and regulations
· Practice Budgeting and Cash Flow Analysis

MPS can provide comprehensive operating and capital budgeting for the practice on an annual basis. The practice budget will include the following:

· Practice Expense Budget
· Individual Provider Volume Budget
· Visit and Revenue Budget
· Financial Analysis of proposed Capital Equipment purchases
· Cash Flow Analysis to assist the practice in recruitment decisions
