Referral Management Services

Medical Practice Solutions can provide off-site referral management services for the practice to include the following:

· Completion of patient referrals to specialists from Primary Care Practices
· Follow up with Primary Care Practices on behalf of specialty practice to complete missing referrals
· Direct telephone contact to MPS’s referral service for patient questions and /or problems as well as education
· Trouble shooting denied claims with referral issues
